The current Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR) interviews Patrick Frick, Co-Founder of Social Investors and Jury Member of INDEX: Design to Improve Life. The interview was part of an article on the organization’s work to highlight ethically responsible designs around the world.

INDEX: – acronym for “international design exhibition” – started in 2002 with the generous support of the Danish government and the city of Copenhagen. Since then, it has brought to the public’s attention hundreds of designs that aim to improve life. The designs are chosen on form, impact and context. Ultimately, it is the Jury that decides the winner at the biennial award ceremony, and Social Investors Co-Founder Patrick Frick has been integrally involved as a jury member since 2008.
